offer a 5-day (maximum) return window from the day order was delivered. However, each of the merchants/stores
on our platform reserves the right to a unique return window, in its own

Return
Instructions
Please initiate return requests via any of our contact channels within five days of delivery.
STEP 1: INITIATE A COMPLAINT either via a phone call to Numartng Sales
Support lines: 08114500005, 08114500009, or
an e-mail to sales@numartng.com, quoting the Order Number of
the item (s) and state the reasons for requesting a return.

Options: Depending
on the
most suitable means
, customer may either drop off items at any
of our hubs, or we may schedule a pick-up from (for door delivery orders only)
at ZERO COST.
Packaging: Place the item
in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, labels, freebies.
Once item is inspected and claims
validated, you will be issued a Return
Slip, which must be signed by our agent, as proof of return.
STEP 3: RESOLUTION commences as soon as return is validated. Once the item has been received, we will initiate a
resolution (
a replacement/rework of faulty parts, exchange of item or refund), depending on the nature of the item.
STEP 4: REFUND: Where
refund is the ONLY option, or demanded as the last resort (for valid claims),
customer will receive 100% refund for returned items plus shipping fees via
voucher or bank transfer.

A: Where the defect is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty , authorized maintenance staff will be dispatched to replace/rework faulty parts. Also note that Numartng will not replace or issue refund for items that fall into this category.
