RETURN POLICY

Numartng is a multi-vendor e-Commerce marketplace. Overall, we offer a 5-day (maximum) return window from the day order was delivered. However, each of the merchants/stores on our platform reserves the right to a unique return window, in its own discretion. Provided items meet the requirements for return , we will ensure customers get resoluti on (a replacement/rework of faulty parts, exchange of item or refund), depending on the nature of the item.

Requirements for Returns

Request for return will get resolution ONLY for the following reasons:

Ø Customer changed mind provided product is unused, tags/labels attached, original packaging still intact, complete accessories & free gifts still intact, products in new condition, products not damage/compromised.

Ø Wrong Items (products delivered differently from what was displayed on the website ), provided product is unused, tags/labels attached , original packaging still intact, complete accessories & free gifts still intact, products in new condition, products not damage/compromised.

Ø Defective Items : (in the event of product delivered as manufacturers defects and was delivered dead on delivery), provided (with the exception of tags/labels) product is unused, original packaging still intact, complete accessories & free gifts still intact, products in new condition, products not damage/compromised, or attempted to be repaired by authorized persons/company. Items Damaged (in transit), namely that p roduct has visible damage - provided product is unused, tags/labels attached , original packaging still intact, complete accessories & free gifts still intact, products in new condition, products not damage/compromised.

Ø Quality Issues , namely: product delivered not working up to specification, or cannot perform specified functions , provided product is unused, tags/labels attached , original packaging still intact, complete accessories & free gifts still intact, products in new condition, products not damage/compromised.

NOTE: Return resolution will be authorized for ALL categories of reasons after claims have been duly validated.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Ø Products that have been altered from their original or opened by an authorized personnel without permission.

Ø Products with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).

Ø Perishable goods cannot be returned , EXCEPT a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the dispatcher.

Ø Products damaged due to misuse.

Ø Products in beauty, health and personal care category.

Ø Jewelry, inner wear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks.

Ø Books and Compact Discs

Ø Daily groceries NOT returned on delivery with affirmation from the dispatcher.

Return Instructions

Please initiate return requests via any of our contact channels within five days of delivery.

STEP 1: INITIATE A COMPLAINT either via a phone call to Numartng Sales Support lines: 08114500005, 08114500009, or an e-mail to sales@numartng.com, quoting the Order Number of the item (s) and state the reasons for requesting a return.

STEP 2: RETURN Options: Depending on the most suitable means , customer may either drop off items at any of our hubs, or we may schedule a pick-up from (for door delivery orders only) at ZERO COST.

Packaging: Place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, labels, freebies.

Once item is inspected and claims validated, you will be issued a Return Slip, which must be signed by our agent, as proof of return.

STEP 3: RESOLUTION commences as soon as return is validated. Once the item has been received, we will initiate a resolution ( a replacement/rework of faulty parts, exchange of item or refund), depending on the nature of the item.

STEP 4: REFUND: Where refund is the ONLY option, or demanded as the last resort (for valid claims), customer will receive 100% refund for returned items plus shipping fees via voucher or bank transfer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I return to Numartng , or directly to the seller?

A: You will either be asked to return to a Numartng drop off location close to your address , or directly to the seller , depending on the mode of shipment initially asked .

Q: What if I complain after the 5 days return time frame has elapsed?

A: For product complaints outside 5 days in relation to defective items, you may:

  • Visit an authorized service center to obtain warranty. If the service center is not in your location, you may choose to contact Numartng .
  • Contact the seller of the product who will be in a better position to provide a resolution .
  • Contact us so we can assist in getting a resolution from the seller.

Q: Who will be responsible for the cost of shipping, if my return request demands exchange of items?

A: Items will be returned at zero shipping cost to you.

Q: Who will be responsible for the cost of repair/replacement of spare parts, if a claim for damaged, defective or wrong item is validated?

A: Where the defect is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty , authorized maintenance staff will be dispatched to replace/rework faulty parts. Also note that Numartng will not replace or issue refund for items that fall into this category.
